    I called the owner, Isara, to complain about three cold meals served to me. I refused to pay for the meal but the manager had the audacity to make me pay for the drink. Isara asked "Did you drink it?". Well hell yes I drank it. I needed SOMETHING to pass the time while they gave me three cold meals!!

    Isara suggested I give a review for all 42 locations. Thanks, Isara. I think I'll do just that.

    NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT BAYTOWN SEAFOOD!!! Customer service is not in their vocabulary.
